← Fit Fit CityLEGAL DRAFT · REVIEW BEFORE LAUNCH
Last updated: 1 September 2026

Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern access to the Fit Fit City website, member platform, fitness content, meal inspiration, recipes and progress-tracking features.

Important: this is a strong commercial draft, not a substitute for legal advice. Before launch, insert the operator's exact legal name, trading address, company number (if applicable), support email, governing-law choice, and have a UK consumer/e-commerce solicitor review the final checkout, renewal, cancellation and health-liability wording.

1. Who we are

“Fit Fit City”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the legal business operating the Fit Fit City service. Before launch, replace this sentence with the full legal business name, registered/trading address, company number if applicable, and contact email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. By using the service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that information you provide is accurate.

3. What Fit Fit City provides

Fit Fit City provides general educational fitness programming, exercise ideas, meal inspiration, recipes, habit guidance and optional progress-tracking tools. The service is not a medical service, personal training delivered in person, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, or personalised dietetic care.

4. Membership, 12-month term and price

The standard membership is £34 for an initial 12-month term, paid upfront. The price, currency, renewal basis and any applicable taxes will be shown before you place the order.

The membership is designed as an annual recurring membership. Unless you switch off future renewal, a further annual payment will be taken at the end of each 12-month term at the renewal price notified to you. You may switch off future renewal at any time. Switching off renewal does not, by itself, end or refund the current 12-month paid term.

If we change the renewal price or if applicable law requires a renewal reminder, cooling-off notice or other information, we will provide the required notice before the change or renewal takes effect.

5. Payment

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. Depending on device, country and provider configuration, card and wallet methods such as Apple Pay may be available. We do not directly receive full card details. Payment-provider terms and privacy notices also apply.

6. Immediate digital access and change-of-mind cancellation

Fit Fit City is supplied online. At checkout, you may be asked to expressly request that access to the digital member content begins immediately rather than waiting until any statutory cooling-off period has expired, and to acknowledge the lawful consequences of that choice.

Where applicable law allows a consumer's change-of-mind cancellation right for digital content to be lost after immediate supply begins, your express request and acknowledgement may mean that you no longer have that change-of-mind right once access to the digital content has started. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights relating to content or services that are faulty, materially not as described, or otherwise subject to mandatory consumer remedies.

7. Cancelling future renewal

You may switch off future annual renewal using the method stated in your account area, checkout confirmation or payment provider. If you do so, your membership will ordinarily remain available until the end of the 12-month period you have already paid for and will then expire.

Turning off renewal is not the same as obtaining a refund for the current term. Except where applicable law gives you a cancellation, refund, price-reduction or other remedy, the £34 paid for the current annual term is not refundable merely because you stop using the service, change your mind after immediate digital access has begun, or decide that you have viewed enough of the content.

Any statutory cancellation or renewal cooling-off right that applies at the time will take priority over these Terms.

8. Health and exercise responsibility

Exercise carries inherent risk. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, exercise, intensity, load, range of motion, environment or piece of equipment is appropriate for you. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before beginning or changing an exercise programme if you have any medical condition, symptoms, injury, disability, pregnancy, recent surgery, medication concern or other reason to doubt whether exercise is suitable.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience symptoms such as chest pain, fainting, severe or unusual shortness of breath, sudden neurological symptoms, or severe pain. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

9. Food, nutrition and allergies

Meal plans and recipes are examples and inspiration only. Nutritional values are estimates and can vary materially by brand, portion and preparation method. You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, food-safety requirements, dietary restrictions and suitability. If you have diabetes, kidney disease, gastrointestinal disease, an eating disorder or history of disordered eating, food allergy, pregnancy, or another condition affected by diet, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making material dietary changes.

10. No guaranteed results

Results differ between people. We do not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, strength improvement, health improvement, body-composition change or any particular outcome. Progress depends on factors including adherence, starting point, energy intake, sleep, health, medication, genetics and other circumstances.

11. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity on your account. You must not share paid access with others, scrape the member area, attempt to bypass the paywall, interfere with the service, or use another person's credentials.

12. Acceptable use

You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, resell, publicly redistribute, republish, systematically download or create competing products from our member content except where applicable law expressly permits.

13. Intellectual property

The Fit Fit City name, branding, site design, written programmes, presentation, member content and original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. Membership gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal use during your active access period.

14. Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, add, remove or reorganise content and features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend access for security, maintenance, legal or technical reasons. If a material paid service is unavailable for an unreasonable period, statutory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

15. Third-party services and links

The site may depend on Cloudflare, payment processors, image providers or other third parties. We are not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent imposed by applicable law.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss arising from a user's failure to follow safety guidance, allergy information, professional medical advice, equipment instructions or reasonable precautions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from the paid membership will not exceed the amount you paid for the membership giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a higher amount.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorised sharing, security threats, unlawful activity or serious breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will act proportionately and any statutory refund or consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Privacy and progress data

Our Privacy Policy explains how account and optional progress information is intended to be handled. Weight and body-measurement information may constitute health-related personal data depending on applicable law. The progress feature is optional and should only be used if you are comfortable doing so.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated where required. The version in force when you purchase will remain relevant to that transaction except where a lawful update applies.

20. Governing law and disputes

Before launch, insert the correct governing-law and jurisdiction wording based on the operator's legal location and target markets. Nothing in this clause should deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available in their country of residence where those protections apply.

21. Contact

Before launch, insert the operator's support email and legal postal address.
