Cancellation & Refunds

This page is intended to make renewal and refund expectations clear without attempting to remove statutory consumer rights.

Review required: online cancellation and digital-content rules differ by jurisdiction and by how the product is characterised. A UK consumer-law solicitor should review the live flow before taking payments.

Your first 12 months

The standard Fit Fit City membership costs £34 upfront for a 12-month paid term. Membership access begins after successful payment and continues for that paid term unless access is lawfully suspended or another legal remedy applies.

Immediate digital access

At sign-up, you are asked to expressly request immediate access to the digital member content and acknowledge the effect this can have on a statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. Where applicable law allows that right to be lost once digital content is supplied, access beginning after your express request and acknowledgement may mean you cannot later demand a refund simply because you changed your mind after viewing the content.

No change-of-mind refund after access begins

Subject always to mandatory consumer rights, we do not offer a contractual change-of-mind refund for the current 12-month term after immediate digital access has begun. This includes where you sign up, access or read member content, and later decide you no longer want to use the membership.

Switching off future renewal

You can switch off future annual renewal at any time through the method provided in your member account or payment provider. Doing so prevents the next annual payment but does not normally shorten the current 12-month paid term or create a refund for it. Access ordinarily continues until the current paid term ends.

Automatic annual renewal

If future renewal remains enabled, the membership is intended to renew for a further annual term. Before taking a renewal payment, we will provide any reminder or other notice required by the law applying at that time. Any statutory cooling-off right that applies to a renewal will be honoured.

When a refund or other remedy may still be due

The no-change-of-mind position does not remove legal rights that cannot be excluded. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may still have rights if, for example, you are charged after a valid cancellation, charged twice, the digital content or service is materially faulty or not as described, or we otherwise fail to meet mandatory consumer-law standards.

Unauthorised or duplicate payments

If you believe a payment is unauthorised or duplicated, contact us and the relevant payment provider promptly. Do not send full payment-card details by email.
