How to do it

  1. Set up. Place your hands on a sturdy, non-slip raised surface such as a bench. Step your feet back and brace into a straight line from head to heels.
  2. Move. Bend your elbows to bring your chest towards the raised surface. Keep your shoulders, hips and heels moving together.
  3. Finish. Press the surface away to straighten your arms under control. If your hips start to sag, use a higher surface.
